Please take note of the following information so that you and your child can prepare for camp:
Camp Health Forms: We require three submissions: “Camper Background & Photo Consent Form”, “NYS Health Examination Form”, and Immunization records. For safety-related and legal reasons, your child will not be able to attend camp without completed health forms and immunization records.
Cary Camps & COVID-19: Please provide proof of full vaccination with an FDA authorized vaccine. More information on our COVID-19 protocols will be shared prior to your student’s start date. If your child attended camp last year (2022), we already have their COVID-19 vaccination record on file.
If you have questions regarding FDA authorized vaccines, please speak with your child’s healthcare provider.
You must submit health forms by the following deadlines or risk losing your spot at camp: Sessions 1 – 5: June 9th; Sessions 6 – 9: July 14th.
